Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
California residents have the right to request that InfoSend disclose certain information about our collection and use of Personal Information during the preceding twelve months. Once we receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request, we will disclose:
- The categories of Personal Information we collected about a consumer

Once we receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request, we will delete Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.
Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the rights described above, a consumer must submit a verifiable consumer request to us by email at email@example.com, by telephone at +1 (800) 955-9330, or through our website at Contact InfoSend.
Only a consumer or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that has been authorized to act on a consumer's behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to Personal Information. A verifiable consumer may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of a minor child.

We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at the consumer's option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide the consumer's Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow the consumer to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to verifiable consumer requests unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will disclose why we made that decision and provide the consumer with a cost estimate before completing the request.
We will not discriminate against consumers for exercising any CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny use of our Services or provide a different level or quality of Services.
